Fixed cut lines massively inflating project size. #4600
Fixed custom project sample rates being uneditable. #4612
Fixed crash reporting being disabled. #4604
Audacity now shows an error if the upload to audio.com exceeds file size limits. #4234
Fixed an error in calculating channels when uploading to audio.com. #4114
