Audacity 4 Beta
Coming soon
We're putting the finishing touches on the beta.
Download links for Windows, macOS and Linux will land on this page very soon.
We can't wait to get Audacity 4 into your hands. The beta is feature-complete with Audacity 3, with plenty already reworked and improved. Expect some bugs and quirks along the way, so keep your important projects in Audacity 3 for now.
When the beta lands, we'll point you to the best places to report bugs and share what you think.

Open multiple projects, switch between them, and copy clips across.
