Set Selection to Loop
Make the selection match the current loop region.
Replaces the current selection with the loop region: the time selection is set to the region’s start and end, across every track in the project. Use it when you have found the right passage by ear with the loop and now want to edit or apply an effect to it.
Where to find it
Right-click the timeline ruler and choose Set selection to loop.
Notes
- This selects all tracks, not only the ones that were selected before.
- To go the other way and take the loop region from the selection, use Set loop region to selection.
- To have this happen automatically whenever the loop region changes, turn on Creating a loop also selects audio.
